The Bellevue Sister Cities Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering understanding, appreciation and peaceful coexistence among the peoples of the world. BSCA works toward this aim by creating and maintaining people-to-people relationships so as to promote cooperation, cultural understanding, humanitarian aid and economic development at the local level. The BSCA promotes cooperation, cultural understanding, humanitarian aid and economic development for Bellevue’s sister cities.
General Membership meetings are usually held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. at Bellevue City Hall.
